Refund Policy:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event or product. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Hive Networking NWA reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at its discretion.

 

Cancellation Policy:

In the event Hive Networking NWA cancels an event, ticket holders will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future event. Customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated on the event page.

 

Return Policy:

No physical goods are currently sold; therefore, no return process is required.

 

Dispute Policy:

Customers agree to contact Hive Networking NWA directly to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

 

Promotions Terms:

Any promotional offers or discounts are time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to change without notice. Terms of each promotion will be displayed wherever the promotion is offered.

By attending a Hive Networking NWA event, you grant us permission to:

  • photograph or record you in group or candid settings

  • use event photos or videos in marketing materials, social media, reels, highlight videos, and promotional content

  • use your likeness without compensation
     

If you prefer not to appear in content, please notify a staff member at check-in so we can accommodate you.

 

5. Sponsor & Partnership Disclaimer

Hive Networking NWA works with third-party sponsors and local businesses.

By engaging with or purchasing services from any sponsor, you acknowledge that:

  • sponsors operate independently from Hive Networking NWA

  • we are not responsible for sponsor products, services, claims, or outcomes

  • inclusion as a sponsor does not equal endorsement

  • all sponsor information is provided “as-is” and without guarantees
     

Any issues regarding sponsor services must be handled directly with the sponsor.

 

6. User-Submitted Content (Forms, Spotlights, Applications)

When you submit information through our forms (RSVP, Spotlight Application, collaboration forms, etc.), you agree that:
