Hive Networking was founded by Queenie Be, a community builder and on-camera host known for bringing people together through energy, presence, and genuine connection.

When Queenie first arrived in Northwest Arkansas, she felt something many newcomers experience — opportunity everywhere, but real connection hard to find. Instead of waiting for someone else to solve it, she built what was missing.

Hive was created to help people feel welcomed, seen, and connected — whether they’re new to the area, growing a business, or simply looking for meaningful community.

At its core, Hive reflects Queenie’s heart for entrepreneurs, creatives, and people building something of their own in Northwest Arkansas.
